This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies are used by Hyperlists Labs LLC (“Hyperlists”) when you visit our website or use our application, and how you can control them. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

2. The cookies we use

Strictly necessary (always on)

These cookies are required for the Service to function and cannot be switched off. They are typically set in response to actions you take such as signing in, setting privacy preferences, or completing a purchase.

• sb-access-token / sb-refresh-token (Supabase Auth) — keeps you signed in.
• __stripe_mid / __stripe_sid (Stripe) — fraud prevention on the checkout page.
• hyperlists.cookie-consent.v1 (Hyperlists, in localStorage) — remembers your cookie choice.
• theme (Hyperlists, in localStorage) — remembers your light/dark theme preference.

Analytics (only with consent)

With your permission, we use privacy-friendly analytics to understand how Hyperlists is used so we can improve it. These are only loaded if you accept cookies via our consent banner.

Advertising

We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

3. Your choices

When you first visit Hyperlists, our cookie banner lets you Accept all cookies or Essential only. You can change your choice at any time:

• clear the hyperlists.cookie-consent.v1 entry in your browser’s site data — the banner will reappear; or
• email contact@hyperlists.app and we’ll handle it for you.

Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies via their settings. Note that if you block strictly-necessary cookies, parts of the Service (sign-in, billing) will not work.

4. Do Not Track

We honour the “Do Not Track” (DNT) header by treating it as a refusal of analytics cookies even if you have not explicitly used the banner.

5. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy as we add or remove tools. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent version.
